Washington Terrace Apartments
Washington Terrace is made up of multi-family apartment homes. This affordable housing community was a redevelopment project and offers a total of 240 apartment homes. Some features and services include on-site management offices, tenant storage areas, community laundry facility, computer center and indoor fitness center and a playground.

Beacon Ridge is a DHIC affordable housing community. It is Raleigh’s first Purpose Built Community. It offers a total of 120 apartment homes. Whitted School
This project was a renovation and an addition. The Whitted school was originally built in the early 1920’s for African-American families when Durham, NC schools were racially segregated. It has been renovated into two parts. The Veranda at Whitted School is set up for senior living. It has 79 units. The other part is a facility for pre-kindergarten students with 8 classrooms The total square footage is 134,574 square feet.

HUB RTP
Hub RTP is one of the most exciting new developments in the Triangle. It is a new mixed-use urban center that will provide retail, hotel, and residential amenities amidst 6 million square feet.
